Cinnamon

It helps in regulating blood sugar levels with a bioactive compound present in it. Cinnamon should be taken in limit. The correct way to have it is any of the following ways:

  • Take half or One teaspoon of cinnamon powder in warm drinking water and drink it once daily.
  • Take some raw cinnamon sticks, in 2 glasses of water. Boil it for some time and consume it when water is lukewarm daily.

Aloe vera

It is bitter to taste but controls sugar levels. You should take aloe vera in the form of juice. You can consume 50 ml daily. Excess consumption can lead to complications.

Jamun

Jamun and it is good to lower the blood sugar levels. Daily 100 grams of Jamun is best to have. It is an easy way to lower blood sugar levels.

Vitamin C

Amla, orange, tomato, and blueberry consist of vitamin C. You can consume about 500 mg of any of these vitamin C items daily.

Exercise

It helps in maintaining blood sugar levels and reducing weight. Different forms of exercise that can be done at home are Zumba, yoga, dance, etc. Doing exercise daily is a tried and tested home remedies for diabetes care.

Have more of food containing fibers

Fibrous foods help in digestion and controlling sugar levels. Foods that contain fibers are green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, etc.

Mango Leaves

It is a good and effective way to cure diabetes.
Wash the leaves properly and sundry them. Grind it to a fine powder. Have this powder in the morning with water in an empty stomach.

Indian Gooseberry (Amla)

It helps in balancing the blood sugar levels. Amla benefits are best in raw form or else you can also have as a vegetable or juice.

Drumstick (Moringa Leaves)

It maintains blood sugar levels and boosts energy levels. In a day 50 grams of moringa leaves give good results. One can have them as a vegetable or can be added to a salad.
